Fotorevolte Fotorevolte

Fotorevolte

Fotorevolte tells of the moment when the world's available storage capacity is exhausted. All digitally stored photographs and films come to life. People are displaced from their reality by photos of sights and celebrities, logos and film characters. A bizarre competition unfolds between cleaning up and the manifestation of ever new images, until the boundary between the real and virtual world turns completely blurred. When finally the Internet overflows, the world sinks into a mishmash of pixels.

In Fotorevolte, the question of the influence of always available real and fictional images on the world is turned upside down and taken ad absurdum. The animated film combines around 1000 drawings, photos, graphics and videos, whose different visual languages fight for space, overlap and mix. In line with this approach, music and sounds were created by transforming the film images with a light-sound synthesizer.

There is also a version suitable only for adults:

Ghost of the Forest Ghost of the Forest

Ghost of the Forest

Visionary music video that blends mythology and technology into a poetic exploration of humanity’s deep yet forgotten bond with the spirit of Nature. Entirely produced with cutting-edge AI tools for imagery, animation, and sound design, the video is a groundbreaking example of how artificial intelligence can revolutionize contemporary storytelling, pushing the boundaries of visual and auditory art. This avant-garde approach creates a world that is both dreamlike and hyper-real, a space where imagination meets the organic beauty of the natural world.

The story follows a mystical forest guardian, a hybrid creature embodying the spirit of Nature, who lives in a magical, otherworldly forest hidden at the edges of our modern urban lives. She performs a ritual of fire and water before a stone idol—a symbol of Nature’s enduring presence. Her ritual summons a magical blue bird, imbued with her essence, which she sends as a messenger to her human twin; a girl living in a bustling, gray cityscape. As the blue bird reaches the girl, the moment of contact is transformative. The city begins to morph, shifting from a cold, mechanical space into a lush, surreal forest.

Ghost in the Forest is more than a music video; it is a contemporary fable that celebrates the power of imagination to reconnect us with our forgotten harmony with Nature. It reminds us that the spirit of Nature, though buried beneath layers of modernity, still exists within us, waiting to be rediscovered. This groundbreaking work is a testament to the limitless potential of AI in reshaping the way we tell stories, merging myth and innovation into a singular, visionary experience.

Human Movie

Human Movie is a media essay that uses glitched, deliberately "noisy" generated video and audio to explore the definition of being human through contrasts with, and comparisons to, artificial intelligence systems. Centering static as both an aspect of generative AI infrastructures and as a metaphor for confusion and uncertainty, the film provides a space where borders and definitions are deliberately fuzzy. Nonetheless, the film proposes that noise can be truly generative if humans cultivate creativity and embrace complexity rather than surrender to machines.
